There are two airports in Istanbul, one is on the European side and the other in the Oriental part.

When you travel from Europe you do not need a visa, we advise this link if you do need a visa. It is the cheapest and has easy payment options.

How to get to Eyüp Mosque or Ferry to Yalova
IDO ferry boat

When you arrive there are many options to check your public transport to Eyüp Mosque, Sufi Trail starting point or directly go to the IDO ferry boat to go to Yalova, There are two ports, Yenikapi and Pendik.

Yenikapi is closer to Istanbul airport and Pendik to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Yenikapi is however easier for starting the Sufi Trail, as it is on the Sufi Trail when you arrive in Yalova.
